Doing a super duper late post on how I spent my Halloween this year! So I actually ended up going for USS Halloween Horror Night twice; once with lk xy and kn, and the other with my cousins and brother. Gotta say that it wasn't as scary as I expected it to be, but still it was fun! So basically there were different scare zones, and three haunted houses. I liked the zombie scare zone second to the Egyptian mummy one. Come to think of it, the Egyptian scare zone had the most stuff, apart from the puppet master one. I like zombies and all, but I guess the scare zone was too foggy, we could barely get any pictures taken. It's funny how "zombies" would actually sneak up on you if they catch you off-guard hahah. And the make up for all the scarers or whatever you call them, actually looked rather realistic it's cool.
It was just us four girls braving the night alone on the first day of the event, and we managed to get into two haunted houses; the Hell and Chinese themed one. Kn and I felt so brave, I didn't expect xy and lk to be that scared hahahah. I guess it wasn't scary cause how things worked was that everyone entered in pairs in a long long line. It'll definitely be way way scarier if people went in in small groups. We were laughing throughout the houses and looking out for cute scarers HAHA Can't deny that poly has made me to become some superficial ass. Anyways, the Hell haunted house was rather cool, but the Chinese one was just too fogged up, we couldn't see almost half the time and it was so suffocating. Second time I went with the cuzzies and bro, we managed to visit all three haunted houses and sat some rides. I swear the asylum one was the scariest. There was this room with a blinding light which was constantly flashing every millisecond. It was like experiencing what you would actually see in horror shows, where they would use the camera's flashlight in darkness to spot ghosts or whatnot. And they made the surroundings really realistic. We were made to walk through dirty old toilets which actually smelled like shit, I'm not even kidding. We smelled the stench from outside while queuing and thought that someone actually shat in their pants from being too scared l o l. Had so much fun, my cuz and I made attempts to scare the "zombies" which approached others in the scare zone. It was hard to get pictures with the scarers, especially the zombies and the "crazy" people cause they aren't supposed to stop playing their roles for even a second, so you'd have to chase after them if you want one, hence the blurred photos.
I feel proud of my brother and my little cuz who's only 11. It's funny how they claim to be unafraid, but screaming at every thing that pops out to scare us in the haunted houses hahahah. This is such a wordy post. Pictures from the first day (-:
