Skinny Love
So I just turned 17 a few days back, and obviously, I don't feel any difference as to how things have changed. I do feel older though, but I don't feel like my age. Then again, I'm not very sure how a 17 y/o is supposed to act. Anyhow, it's actually scary how fast time flies, and knowing that 4 years back, we were only Sec 1s, and now, we're all halfway into our first year of College and Polytechnic. I do miss how things used to be, where everything and everyone was carefree. It's heartening though, to see how friends have stuck by each other through the years, till the current day (':
Anyway, I expected this year's birthday to be like any other ordinary day, but things went better than I definitely expected (": To cut things short, I had a mini advance celebration by the "Seventh Heaven Crazy People", and went out with friends whom I haven't exactly been in contact with for a long time now. Rather glad I did. Satisfied my long time dim-sum buffet cravings, caught half the movie of 'Resident Evil', and had a 'failed' surprise celebration from my dearest girls. They can go on and on on how I was such a bitch for abandoning them and having them wait for me, but I still love them all the more (-: They're such bitches too anyway hahahah. I'll admit that it was partly my fault, so I'm sorry ): The girls got me an ice cream cake (Yay another craving satisfied), and lovely presents and giftcards. Recieved a number of birthday wishes, which I was honestly touched by, even if they were just simple "Happy Birthday!" messages. It was then that I realised how wishing someone you're not even close to, could actually make a difference. Sentimental Venus is sentimental hehe. Mum, my brother, and Amanda got me cards (awwww) (": It's days like this which help remind me how fortunate and thankful I am to have such wonderful friends and family around (':

Crazy
Went to the airport in hopes of being able to catch Ryan Higa. And we did (": Took us quite a lot of effort and loads of patience, but it was worth it! Sadly, I looked like crap after the long wait.
This was at their arrival. The dude with the cute moustache is Greg (-: The lovely board was made by Amanda. All of them were really really friendly and nice, and smiley and all, and omg, Ryan is so cute :*
We waited for them at the airport to send them off too. The wait was totally torturous but worth it! Lucky for us, there were only a few of us there, so we had them all to ourselves (; They seemed really tired with their shades on and all, but they were still really friendly aww (': Ryan even personally took out Teehee bands from his bag to hand them to us, and Greg gave us his moustache business card hahahah <3 Such lovely people. Got an instax taken with Ryan thanks to yy!
Ryan and his siganture <3
The Teehee bands personally handed from Ryan
The managers even helped us to take a group photo, and posted it on their event page to thank us for sending Ryan off. How sweet is that omg. Wanted to hug Ryan but I was too shy :$ I was leaning on him in the picture though, if you can't tell hahahah. I sound like such a perv stalker. Watching all the videos of Ryan's fans, it's super crazy! Can't wait for YTF to tour in Asia! But looking at how crazy it already is during their tour in the states, it's gonna be insane in Singapore. There's probably gonna be insane fans everywhere. But still, I really can't wait!!! Really thankful that I got a chance to catch Ryan here in Sg. Imagine meeeting the rest of ytf (':
